So I had a baby. I have been really busy, obviously, and Im staying at my grams house with the baby while my mother in law is in town, but I will post some pics soon. Camille was born on the 12 at 4 in the am. She was 8lbs3oz, and she iss sooo cute. She was perfectly healthy and we have been home for a while. I had to stay a little longer in the hospital because I had a cesarean, little Cammillionaire's head wouldnt fit through the hoo-hoo. But we are all fine, chris went surfing on Wed and fucked up his knee, so hes out of order, but everyone else is doing good. I love my baby sooo much, she is sooooo cute, she has the tan skin, a head full of light brown hair, and these big bright blue eyes. Hopefull I can get around to posting pics tomorrow. |

SO not too much has been going on lately. I've been off work since the middle of April, and I've been nothing but bored and anxious, I did get to catch up on my Desperate housewives though. So my due date is on Monday, I've been getting a lot of contractions though so it could be any time. I was sent to the hospital after my last OB app because my blood pressure was high, and they were going to induce me, and I was sooo nervous because I wasn' t ready, but luckily my BP went down and I got to go home. I have another app. on Monday and if my BP is high again, ill most likely go to the hospital and be induced then, and i think ill be a little less nervous because Im a little more prepared. I am stuck in this 1br condo till fall because of my lease, but its pretty big so im not worried about space. I have the baby stuff all set up in half of my room, and everything is soo cute and pink and purple. Baby also has a huge wardrobe, I think I have more clothes than she'll be able to wear before she grows. And if she comes out a he (that happend to my friends) then he will dress in girl clothes for the 1st year ;) Not too much else going on on the baby front, just a lot of laying around doing nothing, I've been put on bedrest these past couple weeks, and thank God for QVC and HSN. I had a field day on the Paula Abdul Jewlery hour. Oh yeah, I named the baby. She is going to be Camille Grace Shiver. I was really leanning towards Hannah, but my gram and mom were very verbal about not liking it, so, yeah.
Other than that, not much is happening, Chris is in the Coast Guard now, and leaves for boot camp in August. I am on maternity at my job, for a while, but im not sure if ill be going back at all. Oh yeah, I got a new dog! His name is Isaac, and he's a cute little bichon-poo. Hes 7lbs and has the sweetest softest white curls. Him and Marley get a long sooo well, and thats really why I got him, to be Marly's playmate, they play so cutely and he's just this sweet little cuddle machine. No more dogs though, not that I want another one or anything, but vet bills are a pain. 2 weeks ago I paid $300 just to find out Marley had gas :/
I just bought some extensions, so i dont have to be wiggin it in the hospital, and I have an app tomorrow to get them sewn in, I hope the look ok, they're 18" dark and light brown mix, and wavey. I plan on just gettin a partial, so my hair will be out on the top and sides. Im so nervous, I hope it looks nice. Thats all I have planned for the next few weeks....hair, baby. |

SO I had an ultrasound today and Chris and I are expecting a baby GIRL!!!! I am sooo thrilled, for some reason I wasnt suprised, even though I had no idea what it was. But im totally happy and so is chris. This means cute dresses, sweet little shoes, socks with lace, pink stuff, barbies, baby dolls, sleepovers, dollhouses, barbie ballgowns, painting nails, prom, and a wedding. I am sooo excited, im off to start SHOPPING!!! |

Everythings going well with me. The wedding was sooo perfect, and beautiful. I had an amazing time. The days leading up to the big day were sooo stressful, as they are for any bride to be, but especially because I was having major dress issues just days prior. I had purchased 2 dresses, one didnt fit over my boobs anymore and it was too late to get alterations, and the other one, i thought made me look hella pregnant. My mom said I was being silly and I looked fine, and anyone in empire waist looks preg, but i wouldnt have it. I spent a week or so slaving away and made one, and I was soooo happy with the way it turned out. At first I was totally stressing, but it came together in time, and looked really nice. Sorry to all of you I couldnt invite, but weddings are hella expensive and, like LBJoe, I have a big ass family, and to those of you who did come thank you so much, I love all of you, well i love those of you who couldnt make it too <3
Work continues to get progressivley harder, but i only have a few more months until i go on leave. I do plan on returning to work, but not right away, maybe in a year or so. It seems so weird to me that I will be off work for that long. I have worked sicne I was 16, by choice of course, but I really like work, i love my job, i always have, but I am having a hard time getting there on time. Morning sickness is a total bitch, I had it really bad, and some things at work were almost totally impossible, like feeding people and taking people to the bathroom, and for some reason even checking people's blood sugar levels would make me feel sick. Lately I have been soooooo much better, barley ever getting sick. I went my ultra sound a few weeks ago to find out the baby's sex but it wouldnt open its legs, so I have to wait :( My due date moved from June 22nd to June 8th, which is coincidentely(sp) my grandma's birthday. My belly is a lot bigger than i thought it would be for 23 weeks, but i looked at pictures of other people at that stage and thats just what happens, it just seems that it happened over night, my work shirt doesn't even fit any more.
Last weekend I had an amazing trip to San Francisco. It was Chris and my first time going there, it was everything Full House made it out to be. We stayed in this amazing suite at the Maxwell hotel in Union Square, and we were block away from this Ross store, the- do you love it> I love it? I bought it at ross.- and it was 3 STORIES!! I wanted to spend the day there but Chris made us sight see and stuff, which enden up to be pretty amazing. My favorite place, other than ross, was probably china town because of the shopping, and I was able to by a few more suitcases to take my souvineres, mostly from ross ;) home. It was Chris' first time on a plane, so he was very nervouse, especially with all the plane crashes lately, but he did really good. I cant wait to go back!!!! |

I bought my wedding dress today!!!!!
I know i havent been around much, i havent been hanging out or going to rocky, so alot of people didnt know, but yes Chis and I are getting married in January. And yes i am preggers, 13 weeks, due in June. We are sooooooo soooo happy and excited, I dont think Marley is nearly as anxious as us, but he is very happy too, im guessing. Luckily I lost 30 lbs in the first trimester of my pregnancy from all the morning sickness, so I shouldnt start showing till february and i look fantastic in my dress. I find out if the baby is a boy or girl on the 19th, so until then my family is just wedding planning like crazy. The dress is soooo soooo pretty, i wanted to wear it home and all afternoon ;)
I hope everyone is doing well, I plan on coming to rocky on friday, the key word is plan, so far staying awake past 10:30 has been insurmountable :( |

So I lost 20 lbs scince i moved into my new place! I am about to loose a lot more pretty quickly. I can see my collar bones and the lines in my neck!!! haha, that may sound silly but its a big deal to me. Oh and i am tanning perfectly, so far, Im even with no burns, so fuck yeah.
I know a lot of the people that read this, live down in sd but if anyones interested in a workout buddy, i walk the beach a couple times a day, and love to cruise the strand on the beach cruisers, and dont worry you dont have to bring your bike, I have 2! Chris works like a billion hours a day and weekends, so most of the time I have to go solo, and i know a lot of you are doing the same thing, so if we could just do it together, i woud love it |

so the most random thing happened. My neighbor passed away a few weeks ago, and i have been anticipating new neighbors ever since. So yesterday I was about to drive away I saw my new neighbor and her mom so i yelled across the street to say hi, and it was mother fuckin chrys, like the chrys from rocky. Her and her boy are moving in next door tomorrow!!! Im way stoked! |

So its been a while scince I've posted, things are going really well. The past few months have been so crazy for me, good crazy, but just so much is going on.
I moved into my new apartment 2 months ago, and Im totally loving it. I havent had any real problems so thats good. My neigbors are cool, to my left is this asian lady and her son, very nice family, really quite. And to the right is this middle aged couple, we're always chatting and carrying on, so thats good. And then behind me, like our back doors meet, is Pete, he moved in the same day we did, we got all high on our firsts nights in our apts, his a young single guy, and we're all always partying. I love my place, and how i got to make a lot of stuff for it, like curtains, pillows, ect. Its still a work in progress but
oh yeah, and as most of you know theres a new addition to the ramsey/shiver family.
So yeah thats all, that. Work is going very well, Last week, or no wait, like 2 weeks ago, i got a promotion, a raise, and a bonus. I was hella stoked. I had a meeting with my like direct boss and then the director of all the adult services in the entire agency, so that was a pretty big deal. She said that she had never seen such a perfect evaluation on a 1st year. My evaluation would be perfect reguardless, being super caring and stuff is just so natural, i feel like i dont even try. But Im pretty sure i know why i got the promo and raise.. a few days before my eval, my supervisor overheard me expalining to a client that I couldnt have one of his b-day cupcakes because i was on a diet. She told me later how nice it was that I share things about me with my guys. I explained to her how i thought it was important that they know we, as staff, have things we need to work on too, that we're not theese perfect people, cause in a lot of cases thats um, the case. But yeah, so she was really taken with my response and i could tell it totally sealed the deal.
Things with Chris are so well, were planning a trip to Vegas, which i am stoked about, i fuckin love me some sin city. If anyone wants to come to, i would love it, we are planning for around October, before Halloween. Last weekend we went up to Beveryl Hills for my family reunion, It was sooo fun, good friends, family, open bar, there was like 100 poeple. My and my cousins were about wanted to leave because The house down the street had this hoppin party with Sean Paul performing, but the fam reunion would be a little lackluster without us ;)
Thats pretty much all thats going on, im going to be sewing a lot this week, I have a few projects I'm working on for work, Im trying to create programs at work that are charitable to another organization. We're making cat toys and blankets for the humane society. And then I am doing some sewing for myslef, something i havent done in a while. I think I am going to make a fun dress or something for this weekes trixie, or maybe a nice little sundress. I suppose I will decide at the fabric store tonight.
Oh yeah, ALL MY FRIENDS GOING TO WAR... Have a good time, be safe, and comback with some good stories! <3 ya'll!

So I did it. I saved up money, and got an apartment of my very own! I got approved on monday, which i kinda knew i would because i have like perfect credit, and over 5 years of consistant work history, but still i was sooo stoked! I went and made the deposite today and i move in 8 mother fuckin days!!!!
The apartment is sooooo cute, its right by the beach! I dont really know how to explain it, but its more like a cottage than an apt, I have a front door and a back door, and my own 3 steps w/ a banaster outside, and a bunch of plants. I loooovvvvee it!
Those of you that know me best know that there is nothing i love more than shopping, yesterday i went out and bought soooooo much stuff for my place so everything is nice and new. I'm going to get my big ass tv tonight and entertainment center, and i picked out my couch yesterday and it will be here on friday. I got friday off work so i can move, so i have 3 days off work next week to get settled.
It is so convienant that my b-day is also in a few days so im also getting all this new stuff from my family and my moms buying all my groceries, a security screen door, my curtains and a new desk.
So yeah Im super stoked and cant wait to have everyone over. |

Heres the story. I have this amazing cat, Pierre, whos original owners moved and left him behind. While living on his own he contracted FIV (Feline Immunodeficciancy Virus) which is equvilent to HIV for Humans.
I am unable to keep this cat because I have other cats that can easily be infected should a confrontation occur.
*This cat needs to go to someone who has no other cats, or another FIV positive Cat*
If you have any questions about it please email me, I dont know everything but I do have a lot of information on this subject. FIV is not transferable to Humans, or other animals except cats.
About Pierre: He is about a year and a half old, grey, very very affectionate and cuddly. He loves to eat, and play with string. He is extremely friendly and loyal, which is suprising for a cat. Even though he is infected with FIV, he will still live a long and healthy life.
 
So yeah, I'm trying to fing this cat a home ASAP, so I figured I'd try my lj as well. What I really want is someone who will babysit this cat for a few months (till february at the latest) But I need to get rid of him ASAP so I guess I'm ok with someone keeping him. Chris and my first option was to put him in a Pet Hotel for a few months at $240 a month, but then figured that wouldnt be fair to the cat.
Oh, and I should add... I looked at all the shelters and stuff around here but no one will take him cause he has FIV, and the FIV adoption place through Bestfriends.org is all full.
